VG, the Jersey-based privately-owned provider of trust, corporate and fund administration solutions, has promoted two senior employees to Directors.
Gabriela Jakubczyk (shown in the main picture) becomes a Director of Corporate and Sheena Huggett becomes a Director of Private Wealth.
Gabi will continue to work closely with VG’s Stephen Langan in leading the Corporate team and Sheena will work closely with VG’s Paul Roper, Wendy Inns and Debbie Lumsden overseeing the Private Wealth teams.
The promotions follow VG’s recent announcement with Mayfair Equity Partners to significantly grow the business through account expansion and new customer acquisition as well as delivering operational efficiencies by investing in innovative technology. The firm will also explore strategic M&A.
