Drink a pint of water on waking
First thing after you wake up, before doing anything else, get a pint of water down you!
Do this before you use your phone, before your shower, before your coffee or cup of tea.
One pint of water, that will start getting you hydrated after a long sleep without hydration. Then drink a pint of water with each following meal and you will have much more energy and clearer thinking than if you allow yourself to dehydrate.
