Ferbrache & Farrell LLP has had a trio of new recruits join them over the Christmas and New Year period.
Stuart Nash has joined the firm as a Senior Associate, working across the corporate and property teams, while Stephen Campbell is Ferbrache & Farrell’s new IT Manager. Paralegal Alex Denoual chose the firm for her return to the legal industry, after working for six years in the third sector. She will assist both UK and local property teams.
“I’m delighted to welcome Alex, Stephen and Stuart to the team at Ferbrache & Farrell. It’s a very exciting time in the firm’s five-year history, with steady growth and an increasing workload,” said Advocate and Managing Partner, Alastair Hargreaves.
Stuart Nash, who will advise on both corporate and property matters in Guernsey, will also be able to assist the Firm’s recently established UK real estate practice. Stuart trained at a City firm, qualifying as a Solicitor (England & Wales) in 2014. He then spent several years working in the City, with his practice being largely focused on mergers and acquisitions and property deals in the healthcare sector.
After relocating to Guernsey in 2019, he spent more than two years building his offshore practice with another Guernsey-based offshore law firm before joining Ferbrache & Farrell this month.
“Whilst being a relatively new addition to the legal market, Ferbrache & Farrell is very much a firm in the ascendancy. Having worked alongside or with several of the team in the past, I look forward to helping the firm continue to build on its already well-established corporate and commercial property offerings,” said Stuart.
Stephen Campbell, who joined the firm on Christmas Eve, worked for a major offshore law firm for 30 years before joining Ferbrache & Farrell. He has 25 years’ IT experience, during which time he has gained multiple CompTIA (including Security+), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Azure certifications.
“This is very much an exciting challenge to be responsible for the smooth-running of Ferbrache & Farrell from an IT perspective, whilst broadening my knowledge of new IT systems and procedures,” said Stephen.
“I am very much looking forward to working in the Ferbrache & Farrell environment and being able to deliver high levels of service.”
Alex Denoual has returned to the legal industry after six years working in the third sector where she has developed many transferable skills. Prior to that, she worked for four years with a local law firm undertaking a variety of tasks.
