Mourant is celebrating three lawyers, Holly Thebault, Jula Le Cornu and Kiara Brennan, being sworn in as Advocates before the Royal Court of Jersey.
Holly Thebault (pictured) joined Mourant’s Jersey Litigation team in 2018. In 2021, she was recognised as Jersey Finance Rising Star of the Year – Law, and awarded the Jersey Law Society prize for the highest mark on the law of contract paper in the 2020-2021 Jersey Law Course exams. In 2024, Holly was listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory in the Excellence category.
Jula Le Cornu joined Mourant’s Finance and Corporate practice in 2014, and is a member of the firm’s specialist Regulatory team, regularly advising on Jersey’s financial services regime for local and international clients. Jula has been named as a Recommended Lawyer in Dispute Resolution – Regulatory and White-Collar Crime in the last three editions of Legal 500 UK, a leading independent guide to the best law firms operating in the market.
Kiara Brennan joined Mourant’s Litigation team in 2022. She works on a range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on trust litigation. Kiara previously worked within the Investment Funds team at Mourant, as well as in-house at a private equity firm in New York.
