Richard Doyle, Diana Rodriguez and Michael Rogers from Ogier’s team in Guernsey have been sworn in as Advocates at the Royal Court.
Managing associate Richard Doyle is an experienced corporate, finance and funds lawyer with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, open and closed ended fund structures, debt and equity fundraisings, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He is also part of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Private Equity team.
Senior associate Diana Rodriguez is part of Ogier’s Private Wealth team in Guernsey. She advises trustees, beneficiaries and settlors on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious trust, foundation and private client matters. Diana also advises the trustees and administrators of pension schemes and charities.
Michael Rogers is a senior associate in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey. His practice focusses on corporate insolvency proceedings, contentious trust matters, fund disputes and contentious regulatory advice. Michael also has a wealth of experience in relation to commercial disputes involving financial services products and investment vehicles.
