The CEO of Fairway Group picked up the top honours at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards for Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year having received Bronze in 2017 and Silver last year in different categories.
Fairway Group was also recognised with a Bronze award for Company of the Year Female Leadership (Boutique).
Fairway Group CEO Louise Bracken-Smith said: “We’re very proud as a group to have a high proportion of female staff and board representation. These awards are recognition of the great work that all of them have done not just this year but over many years at Fairway Group.”
She added: “From a personal point of view it’s always nice to win, especially having received Bronze and Silver in the past two years, but I just see it as an extension of the effort we have put in as an organisation to provide a flexible, friendly and motivating environment.”
The Powerwomen Awards were created seven years ago to recognise individuals and companies who maximise the potential of women in wealth, and create a platform for best practice to collectively exercise positive social influence in the sector.
