The Orchard, formerly Orchard PR, has promoted Georgie Vance to Head of Client Strategy and Rebecca Lane to Head of Client Delivery as part of a wider restructuring of the agency.
The promotions form part of a new operating model designed to bring strategy, creative services and campaign delivery closer together as the agency continues to grow.
Georgie will oversee client strategy, drawing on experience developing integrated communications campaigns for brands across the UK and Canada. Since joining The Orchard, she has played a key role in agency development and client growth.
Rebecca takes on responsibility for client delivery, having led a range of multi-channel campaigns and reputation-focused communications projects. In her new role, she will oversee the delivery of work across the agency’s client portfolio.
The Orchard has also announced a partnership with Tom Robertshaw, founder of marketing and creative consultancy Pathfinder. With more than 20 years’ experience across agency, client-side and board-level marketing roles, Tom will support the agency’s creative and strategic development.
The appointments form part of a wider refresh of the agency’s brand identity and structure.
Brooke Kenyon, Managing Director – Strategy & Agency Growth, said: “We are accelerating the momentum we’ve created as an agency. This next phase is about clarity in our proposition, in our structure, and in the value we deliver.
“We’re recognising the leadership already driving the agency forward and creating a model that gives us a clearer way of working, connecting strategy, creativity and delivery to build the outcomes brands need in today’s noisy attention economy.”
