Matt Warren, CEO of The Evolution Group, said: “We’re thrilled to have Adam join the team and head up our Jersey services. He’s extremely motivated and has an impressive track record of delivering finance, technology, regulatory and strategic change.
“We already have clients spanning Guernsey and the UK, so increasing our presence in Jersey is a logical move for us. It enables us to offer a more all-encompassing approach to our existing clients with a presence in Jersey, as well as introducing our services to a wider audience. We’re really looking forward to driving the business forward in Jersey under Adam’s very capable guidance.”
Adam added: “I’ve observed The Evolution Group’s growth and success over the past few years, they have an exceptional reputation for delivering change the right way, and their culture and values match my own making this a perfect match. I’m delighted we have now established a presence in Jersey too. With the levels of skills, expertise and breadth of experience The Evolution Group offer, I am highly confident we will be very well received in the Jersey market, and I’m so pleased to be a part of this exciting chapter of their success.”
Across in Guernsey, Frazer Maginnis has joined The Evolution Group as an analyst. Currently completing a masters in Performance Analysis and with previous roles including working as a data analyst for Manchester United FC, he brings some great experience to the team.
Matt Warren said: “Frazer has built up an impressive portfolio in data analytics and data presentation and also has a keen eye for detail as well as fantastic enthusiasm which I can already see rippling through the rest of the team. I can’t wait to see how he grows into his role with us and the positive impact he’ll bring.”
The company has also further expanded its UK team with the appointment of Matt Oliver, a technology, change and architecture expert with over 20 years of experience, as director of professional services of The Evolution Group UK.
He has built a unique skill set covering all areas of change delivery during his career to date. He is well-versed in commercial negotiations at all levels, as well as having a background in project, programme, technology and architecture delivery across retail, finance and IT industries.
His most recent work history, spanning the best part of a decade, has been spent within the building society sector at Nottingham Building Society, during which time he was leading architecture, development, testing, PMO, project/programme management and business analysis.
Matt has a great skill set in change management where he is perfectly comfortable in the delivery and design phases, as well as helping senior stakeholders shape strategy around the art of the possible and building a deliverable roadmap.
Stuart Low, managing director of The Evolution Group UK, said: “We’ve been growing our presence in the UK building society market over the past year, and Matt’s appointment to the team, with his in-depth knowledge of that market, is an indication of our commitment to provide continuous advancements in our service to that sector.”
Oliver added: “Having known many of the founding partners of The Evolution Group for many years, I have enjoyed watching from afar as the company has progressed over the past few years. Everything has aligned and the timing is great for me to come on board and help the business grow its strategy in the building society market, using the experience I have gained over the last decade. I am excited to get going!”
