Jersey-based IT company SystemLabs has recently added to their growing team with several new team members.
Joining the Managed Services Team, John Gillies has been appointed as a Business Support Engineer and Matt Fox, Zak Davidson and George Falla have been appointed as Customer Support Engineers. While Hugh McMillan has been appointed as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Professional Services Team.
Hugh joins the business following his experience in the local telecoms industry. He has extensive experience in Linux, IT infrastructure and IP networking. In his new role, Hugh will be leading SystemLabs’ client projects with a focus on IT infrastructure to deliver excellent client experience.
John has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. In his new role, John will focus on creating unique security-focused solutions for SystemLabs’ clients. His ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them to actionable solutions will be invaluable for SystemLabs’ client base.
Matt comes from a background in customer experience combined with a passion for technology. In his new role, Matt will be responsible for resolving 1st line customer issues, ensuring that these are resolved efficiently and effectively.
George has worked in junior IT roles while completing his degree in electronic engineering. In his new role, George will ensure SystemLabs’ clients operations are running smoothly as part of the Managed Services Team.
Finally, Zak joins with experience in IT Support for the education industry in Jersey. In his new role, Zak will support clients with their day-to-day technical requirements, addressing issues and proactively supporting their services.
