Sure has relaunched the Sure Academy – a two-year paid employment programme designed to empower passionate school leavers and anyone looking for a career change.
Individuals on the scheme will receive practical training across five departments while earning and will be given the opportunity to study for an industry-relevant, internationally recognised qualification of their choice during the two years. The trainee will split their time between retail, the service operating centre, applications support, network support, and cloud services.
More than 80% of people who completed the Sure Academy scheme have gone on to secure permanent roles at Sure.
