Sure has promoted Jan Collins to head of enterprise products based in the company’s Guernsey office.
In his new role Mr Collins is responsible for Sure’s enterprise business across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, in particular small and medium sized enterprises, corporate and government customers.
The head of enterprise products is a new role that has been created as a result of the increased variety and quantity of telecoms services that are now available to businesses. Mr Collins will manage a team that provides solutions covering everything from office phone systems to cloud storage and hosting, international connectivity and customer management systems.
Mr Collins, who has worked in Sure’s enterprise team for more than seven years, has an extensive background in the sector. He also has experience in a variety of technical roles and previously worked in naval architecture, medical diagnostics and strategic product management where he worked for customers around the world, launching several innovative digital products.
Sure’s chief marketing officer, Alistair Beak, said: “Jan has a lot of experience in the technical industry and more specifically the enterprise sector. His strong relationships with clients and technical knowledge make him the perfect candidate to head up this suite of products and solutions.

Jan will be working closely with Sure’s sales team to outline the benefits of our products and services to our business customers and demonstrating how they can make the most of our investments for their own business success.”
