Sure Business has appointed Steve Shellswell to Head of B2B Operations, bringing decades of experience in business customer support.
Steve (pictured) has already dedicated eight years to working at Sure Business, formerly as Head of Service Assurance, in which he focused on delivering and handling the availability of Cloud and managed services. In this role, Steve successfully expanded Sure Business’ Cloud portfolio to a wide range of customers and implemented a tiered support team structure, which has now evolved to become the network support team.
Before his career at Sure, Steve gained more than 14 years of experience working in various roles dedicated to IT and Cloud services solutions. As Head of B2B Operations Steve will lead the newly integrated network support team to drive faster resolution times for customers and contribute to an improved personalised experience for all Sure Business customers, engaging with them on Sure’s portfolio of solutions including Cloud, cybersecurity, and fully managed IT service, Sure Business Suite.
