Suntera Global has completed its acquisition of US-based Experienced Advisory Consultants.
Following an initial agreement announcement in April, the addition of Experienced Advisory Consultants. (EAC) strengthens Suntera’s existing US and global fund services capabilities, particularly across middle office, outsourced solutions, and operational support services for alternative investment structures.
The acquisition adds two new offices in Florida and Connecticut, with the EAC team now joining Suntera to become ‘EAC, a Suntera Global Company’, with the intention to rebrand to Suntera at a later date.
Commenting on the completion of the transaction, David Hudson (pictured), CEO of Suntera Global, said: “Continuing to expand and strengthen our footprint in the US market remains a key objective for Suntera and I am delighted both to be able to announce the completion of this acquisition and to welcome our new colleagues to the Suntera family. EAC is such a well-established and respected business and I’m looking forward to working together with Ed Fasano and the team as we continue to deliver exceptional service to asset managers both in the US and globally.”
Ed Fasano, Co-Founder, Experienced Advisory Consultants LLC, added: “This is another significant milestone for EAC, reflecting the calibre of our people, the longstanding trust placed in the firm by our clients, and the shared ambition we have with Suntera to provide clients with top-tier service. Becoming a Suntera Global company opens up access to new resources and international opportunities for our clients and we are now fully focused on delivering on those opportunities working alongside our new colleagues.”
