Standard Chartered Jersey is targeting growth in supporting high net worth clients in key overseas markets, with the Bank globally having recently unveiled its latest wealth campaign aimed at the affluent segment.
The ‘Now’s your time for wealth’ global wealth campaign launched this month.
With Standard Chartered Jersey forming a key part of the Bank’s global wealth proposition, including being a hub for its International Banking platform alongside Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai, Jersey CEO Henry Baye (pictured) believes the campaign could heighten Jersey’s proposition as an expert wealth centre and help the Bank’s Jersey operation to grow its affluent client business.
Commenting on the local relevance of the campaign, he said: “Our business in Jersey has earned a strong reputation for supporting international clients with their wealth ambitions, including in markets spanning Asia and the Middle East. In particular this year we are targeting growth in the high net worth space and in providing global mortgage solutions in the markets where this campaign is being rolled out. In that light, this new campaign should serve to reinforce our proposition as an integral part of the Bank’s global network in those markets, whilst also underlining Jersey’s strengths more widely as a wealth hub.”
