Levels of customer service on the island are declining, according to Island Global Research, the independent market research agency working in Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man, who have today released their latest report.
However, this trend is bucked by local bank, Skipton International, who scored highly in the survey conducted across 50 Guernsey brands.
Lilyanne Guille, Manager at Island Global Research, said: “All sectors in our survey had lower customer satisfaction on average than a year ago, in particular finance, which has declined by almost four points. However, of those monitored, the highest rated organisations for customer satisfaction in Guernsey are Skipton International, R.H. Gaudion and Cherry Godfrey.”
Pete Turner (pictured), Chief Operating Officer at Skipton International commented: ” Skipton International has a customer service rating of 4.7 / 5 according to Feefo, an independent online assessor of customer service, and is a five-times Platinum award winner as a trusted provider.
“Giving great personal service is one of Skipton’s unique selling points and part of the company’s ethos. It’s testament to the hard work and talents of my colleagues that this independent feedback from Guernsey’s population has resoundingly recommended Skipton for its customer service. Thank you to everyone in the Bailiwick who participated.”
