Nominations are now open for the annual Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards 2025, which aim to recognise and celebrate the stars of the future from across Jersey’s financial and related professional services sector.
Now in their sixth year, the Awards – which are designed to champion Jersey as a hub for young talent – will culminate in a gala ceremony taking place on 4 July, with finance firms encouraged to nominate talented younger staff members aged 16-30 who have shown particular promise in their roles.
The Awards this year fall under the following 14 categories, which reflect the full spectrum of disciplines across Jersey’s finance industry:

- Banking
- Compliance
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Digital
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Funds
- Human Resources
- Insurance
- Investment Management
- Law
- Marketing and Business Development
- Operations and Support
- Trust and Corporate Services
Nominations for Rising Stars 2025 are open from now until Friday 4 April for anyone working in Jersey Finance Member firms to nominate their employees through the dedicated Awards hub.
Firms can submit multiple nominations across all categories, with entries then being reviewed and shortlisted by a panel of independent judges. Shortlisted entries will then be open to a public vote from 6 May via an online polling platform, with winners announced at the Awards ceremony.
