Sigma IT have announced the acquisition of Guernsey-based internet security and networking business, Fultura.
Fultura Limited has been providing customers with enterprise grade networks, internet and networking security since 2004. Fultura have clients in Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Sigma IT is a well-established Channel Island business within the wider Sigma Group and have been providing IT solutions in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man for over 50 years with a team of expert consultants, engineers and programmers to ensure clients get support and advice on everything from system design and security to IT training and payroll services.
The acquisition merges the resources and skills of both companies and expands the services and products available, with leading vendor partners such as Check Point and Cisco enhancing the reach and strength of the Sigma IT Team.
Both Robert Sillars, Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Group and Steve Vowles, Managing Director of Fultura (pictured together), have expressed their delight at the joining of forces and look forward to being able to combine team talents and enhance their offerings.
