Chairman of the Jersey Branch Council of ICSA: The Governance Institute, Robert Le Corre commented: “We were delighted once again this year with the quality of entries; the professionalism and technical excellence demonstrated by all of the entrants continues to be outstanding. On behalf of the Judges and the ICSA Jersey Council, I would like to congratulate all of the short-listed organisations and wish them the very best of success at the Awards evening in September.”
He added: “We are looking forward to celebrating with them, whilst also recognising the academic achievements of the ICSA Jersey graduates and students in the presence of their employers, family and friends for what has become our most popular annual event. And, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, Apex Financial Services, BDO Sator Regulatory Consulting, Board Intelligence, BPP Professional Education, Computershare, Crestbridge, Estera, First Intuition, Ocorian, Perivan and Top Personnel, we have been able to take over both the Main Hall at the Trinity Showground, along with the New Arena, which will add a new dimension to the black-tie celebrations.”
The event is open to ICSA members, students and non-members from Jersey and overseas, and will include a drinks reception, three course dinner, graduation and Awards ceremonies, followed by the choice of a quiet lounge or live music and dancing until 1am. Local band ‘Take This’ is back by popular demand, and for the first time, the ICSA Jersey celebrations will be joined by Moya, Jersey based singer/songwriter and The Voice UK semi-finalist who will perform during the pre-dinner drinks reception.
A charity draw will be held in support of Causeway and the JSPCA.
