Sanne in Mauritius has been recognised as the Mauritius Best Employer Brand for the second year, in addition to being named the Africa Best Employer Brand in the 2019 Africa Best Employer Brand Awards.
The Africa Best Employer Brand Awards, which are in its 14th edition and hosted by the Employer Branding Institute and the World HRD Congress, highlight the top organisations in Africa that are exemplary in HR and have shown best practice in employer branding, talent management, talent development, as well as talent innovation.
The annual research undertaken by the Employer Branding Institute recognises employers that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation, and strive to continuously optimise employment practices.

The awards ceremony took place on 4th December 2019 at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa in Mauritius.
