Saffery Champness Registered Fiduciaries has announced eight promotions across the firm.
The promotions include Nicky Kendall and Tim Le Page, both of whom have been promoted to Senior Trust Manager, along with Christianne Beardow who has been promoted to Trust Manager. The promotions are effective as of 1st July.
Nicky Kendall has worked at Saffery Champness for more than 20 years having joined the firm in 1997, and manages a team providing fiduciary services for a number of significant high-profile private and corporate clients. Her experience includes dealing with families and individuals from the UK, Middle East and Russia, assisting clients with their interests in civil society and philanthropic projects, including through the use of Guernsey purpose trusts and family office services.
Born and educated in Guernsey, Nicky now deals with complex multi-jurisdictional trust and company structures for wealth preservation and asset protection for ultra-high net worth clients, including the establishment and administration of structures using a variety of corporate vehicles specifically designed to hold specialist assets. Nicky also heads up a Digital Asset research team at the firm. She was heavily involved with the on-boarding of the Guernsey office’s first Cryptocurrency fiduciary structure and manages the team dealing with the complex administration of these entities.
Nicky is a qualified Chartered Secretary and was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2008.
Tim Le Page joined Saffery Champness as a trainee in 2000. He now manages a team responsible for the establishment and administration of offshore structures for high net worth clients from a wide range of jurisdictions, dealing with assets ranging from residential property and private companies to art and stock market investments.
Tim also deals with family offices, as well as corporate clients in connection to bespoke corporate structures such as Employee Benefit Trusts and stock exchange listed companies. He also has experience in establishing and administering foundations.
Tim has been a qualified Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2006, having previously obtained the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Accounting Technician qualification.
Christianne Beardow joined Saffery Champness as an administrator in 2000 and has gained extensive experience working on family office-led offshore structures. These structures include multi-jurisdictional trust and companies, owning a variety of assets including art, commercial and residential property, super yachts, automobiles and aircraft. Christianne’s experience also includes the administration of charitable trusts, crew manning companies and private equity investments. Christianne now manages a team responsible for ultra-high net worth clients as well as various structures for high profile individuals holding image rights and contracts.
Christianne holds the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration since 2003.
