Gallagher-owned insurance broker, Rossborough Insurance, is launching its first-of-a-kind Destination Rossborough talent search in Jersey and Guernsey, to recruit the best local talent.
Destination Rossborough gives those living in Jersey or Guernsey, who are either starting their career or are looking for a career change, the opportunity to pitch themselves for a role at Rossborough, creatively demonstrating their skills and personality however they choose.
Those applying for the talent search won’t be invited to a traditional interview – instead, they will showcase their skills to a panel of judges and be asked to show why they believe Rossborough is the career destination for them, in a creative way that suits their style.
Rossborough Insurance is a people-led organisation which believes that finding the perfect candidates is through face-to-face interaction, rather than via a traditional application process. The talent search initiative is a new opportunity for people to apply for jobs in a way that suits their personality and fosters creativity.

Rossborough has already seen success in Jersey through the talent search concept, with two new candidates appointed through this first-of-a-kind recruitment process. Both Tom Revell and Georgena Piziura joined Rossborough in September 2021, following a successful talent search pitch, and now have a number of different pathways available to them to advance and excel in their careers.
Applications for the latest round of the talent search are open from 28th February and close on 24th April. Rossborough is also hosting a number of workshops at local schools and careers events, as well as a social media and web campaign, to raise awareness of Rossborough and give islanders an insight into the talent search pitching process.
