Recipe: Baked pear cinnamon protein oats

Want a yummy breakfast? These cinnamon protein oats taste gorgeous.  They are so nutritious, filling and perfect for those days when you need a little comfort or feeling good.

Today is one of those days, the sky is gloomy and I thought I’d brighten up my day with some baked pears 🙂

Baked pear cinnamon protein oats

Serves: 4
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Basic
Print Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g of rolled oats
  • One scoop of protein powder (optional, if not add a little bit more oats)
  • 350ml of oat milk (or any preferred milk)
  • Agave nectar
  • Cinnamon
  • Flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Slice a few pears in halve and drizzle some agave nectar on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  2. Place in the oven for 10 minutes on 180c
  3. Whilst in the oven, pour a cup of oats, a scoop of protein powder with some oat milk into a pan and heat on a medium heat until thick
  4. Stir in some cinnamon
  5. Once thick, pour into a bowl
  6. Chop up half a pear and top the porridge
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle some agave nectar and flaked almonds
  8. Enjoy!
