Want a yummy breakfast? These cinnamon protein oats taste gorgeous. They are so nutritious, filling and perfect for those days when you need a little comfort or feeling good.
Today is one of those days, the sky is gloomy and I thought I’d brighten up my day with some baked pears 🙂
Baked pear cinnamon protein oats

- 50g of rolled oats
- One scoop of protein powder (optional, if not add a little bit more oats)
- 350ml of oat milk (or any preferred milk)
- Agave nectar
- Cinnamon
- Flaked almonds
Instructions
- Slice a few pears in halve and drizzle some agave nectar on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes on 180c
- Whilst in the oven, pour a cup of oats, a scoop of protein powder with some oat milk into a pan and heat on a medium heat until thick
- Stir in some cinnamon
- Once thick, pour into a bowl
- Chop up half a pear and top the porridge
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle some agave nectar and flaked almonds
- Enjoy!
