RBS International has announced that Steve Scott, Head of Human Resources, will be joining the States of Jersey Transformation programme from October. Steve will be working with Team Jersey to drive significant transformation and culture change across the States of Jersey.

Steve has 34 years industry experience, having previously worked in banking before joining HR. He has an extensive HR background and has worked and lived in Jersey for 10 years.

Senator John Le Fondre, Chief Minister said: “If we are to maintain a prosperous, internationally-competitive island economy that can meet the global challenges Jersey faces, we need to deliver quality, modern public services that provide value for money.

“I’m delighted that RBS International is seconding a senior leader to support us as we embark on this critical change programme that will transform the culture across the public sector. I am confident that this kind of partnership working will help government to maintain a strong, sustainable economy that can support all islanders, and every sector of our economy.”
