Ramsey Mirza has joined Ogier as Group HR Director, based in Jersey.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development and the Chartered Management Institute, Ramsey joins the international law firm from a UK law firm where he was HR Director on the board for seven years, leading on its talent and people strategy to support high growth and progress diversity and inclusion, culminating in a highly scored National Equality Standard re-accreditation.
At Ogier, Ramsey leads the HR and Development team with responsibility for the firm’s HR Operations, Resourcing and Talent & Development teams.
