Philip Ahier has joined Quérée Property Consultants as an Associate Director and Lucy Schooling MRICS has been promoted to Director.
Following a less than 2-year tenure at Quérée Property Consultants, Lucy Schooling MRICS (pictured) has been promoted to Director.
Jonathan Quérée said of Lucy’s promotion: “It gives us great pleasure in promoting Lucy to Director of the business after only a short time in her role as Associate Director. Lucy has been instrumental in establishing and developing the property management side of the business and has been effective in securing numerous lettings and sales transactions.
“Operating in an overtly male-dominated profession and believed to be the only female Chartered Surveyor operating as both property manager and agent in Jersey, Lucy’s professionalism and commitment has benefitted the business and our clients greatly and I am delighted to recognise her achievements through this promotion.”
Following a 40+ years career in property as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), most recently with the Government of Jersey , Philip brings to Quérée Property Consultants a breadth of knowledge and experience in property management as well as a solid technical background in building detailing, construction and defects analysis.
