Prospero has appointed Simon Kent to its Guernsey team, as Operations and Business Development Manager.
Joining the business, Simon (pictured) brings extensive experience across facilities management, engineering, maintenance, compliance and operational leadership, alongside strong local knowledge of the Guernsey market.
His career spans senior roles across facilities services, manufacturing, hospitality and the public sector, giving him a broad understanding of operational excellence, regulatory compliance and client service. His expertise includes health and safety, quality and environmental compliance, technical systems, maintenance management and workforce leadership.
