Two experienced IT consultants – Mark Le Page and Robin Guilbert – have been promoted to Professional Services Managers at Logicalis CI.
Based in Logicalis’s Guernsey office, Mark and Robin will jointly lead the firm’s new Professional Services Team. Their promotions and the new structure will improve efficiencies and the client experience.
Robin, who has worked for the Channel Islands’ premier IT solutions and managed services provider for 13 years, said: “At Logicalis, we’re fortunate to have a great pool of committed and talented individuals; however, we recognised that the structures we had in place presented challenges with communication and sharing knowledge and workloads. By integrating everyone into a cohesive team, we now have team members working closely together, supporting each other and our customers in a much more collaborative model than previously. This has improved the working environment for team members and, most importantly, further enhanced the service we offer our clients.”
Mark, who has also been with Logicalis for 13 years, added: “With this structure, engineers can better develop their skills in the core technologies and future platforms to drive the business forward. Wherever the market trend is focused – Cloud, Hybrid or on-premises – expertise is required and is cross compatible. Whether the client chooses to consume their IT from in-house systems or move to hosted platforms, there is always going to be a need for consultancy, security, maintenance, management and monitoring.
