Principal Consultant, Matthew Ferbrache, of C5 Alliance, part of the BDO Group in Jersey, has achieved two significant certifications.
Matthew has received The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification as well as the ISO 270001 Lead Auditor certification.
TOGAF is an enterprise architecture methodology and framework that is used by the world’s leading organisations to improve business efficiency. Adopting the framework helps ensure that businesses’ technology implementations align with their strategic vision and goals, and that deliverables achieve the expected business value. With this certification Matthew will enable C5’s clients to implement solutions technology in a structured and organised way, with a focus on governance and meeting business objectives.
Matthew is also qualified in the ISO 270001 Information Security Standard. This alignment of an industry leading enterprise architecture framework with an information security framework, allows C5 to ensure that security is included in the solution architecture from the outset, reducing the costs and complexities of retrospectively deploying controls.
Jon Bishop, Director of Professional Services at C5 Alliance said: “Congratulations to Matthew on achieving these certifications. These are reflection of Matthew’s dedication to continual learning and development. With these certifications, C5 Alliance are well positioned to ensure that our customers can achieve maximum value throughout the lifecycle of a solution delivery.”
