Clare Nicolle, Sarah Hope and Kirsten Rowe have joined Preston Legal to expand and develop the estate planning and capacity practice.
All three have a wealth of experience in Will drafting, succession planning and probate applications for local and international clients as well as advising on capacity-related matters, such as the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and delegations.
Clare joins the firm as a Partner having previously been a partner at Voisin Law LLP where she worked together with Sarah and Kirsten. Both Clare and Sarah have also worked at other well-established offshore firms.
The team have over 20 years of experience in estate planning matters and has particular expertise in dealing with individuals who have lost the capacity to manage their own affairs, with Clare acting as the Delegate (formerly Curator) of many Islanders as appointed by the Royal Court.
Sarah is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and Kirsten is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives. Clare is an Advocate and the current Chair of the Law Society sub-committee on succession and capacity matters.
