Post those Christmas cards for less in Guernsey

December 4, 2017

Special lower-rate Christmas stamps for sending Christmas cards in Guernsey can now be used.

The 39p stamps, cheaper than the usual 44p cost of sending a card, can be used until Wednesday 20 December by anybody in Guernsey, Alderney, Sark or Herm posting them to elsewhere in the Bailiwick.

The last posting dates for cards and parcels, both locally, nationally and internationally are now confirmed.

Within the Bailiwick you have until Thursday 21 December, but if you’re sending further afield some deadlines are looming.

You have until tomorrow for international airmail to Cyprus, Asia and the Far East, while international airmail to South and Central America and the Caribbean needs to be posted by Wednesday. Parcels to western Europe need to go by the end of the week.

For the complete list, check out Guernsey Post’s guide here.
