POS Interiors has appointed Mike Culverwell to its leadership team, focusing on business growth and developing the strategic services it provides to clients in Guernsey and Jersey.
The newly created Business & Service Development position reflects the specialist workplace design and fit-out company’s growth ambitions and the market’s increased awareness of the importance of the physical workplace in corporate culture, wellbeing, recruitment and retention strategies and productivity.
Mike will work alongside POS Managing Director Rory Inglis to qualify and set business strategy. He brings 25 years of consultancy experience working with organisations in multiple sectors to develop new services and capabilities, establishing and leading on change and growth initiatives.
Prior to consulting in Guernsey, Mike was previously a director of two successful UK-based service design consultancies. He has a track record of working with organisations to transform the way they innovate, design and deliver successful, human-centred strategies and exceptional experiences.
“Mike understands how projects are conceived, planned and delivered and is well placed to help POS’s clients to understand what impact a positive workplace experience can have on an organisation’s people and productivity,” said Rory Inglis, Managing Director of POS Interiors.
“In the Channel Islands, we are seeing a significant number of businesses undergoing change, who need to invest in new ways of working and who need to make long-term decisions about where and how their people work.
“Our mission is to help inspire people at work. Mike has joined POS at a very exciting time for our business and we believe his experience will be of huge benefit to our clients.”
Alongside his role at POS, Mike will continue his consultancy work for organisations, start-ups and agencies.
