EY has promoted Nicoline Armatas, Tom Harris and Sacha Hamon to Partner in the Channel Islands, effective from 1st July 2026.
Nicoline Armatas, originally from South Africa and now based in Jersey, has over 15 years’ audit experience in financial services, specialising in private equity, real estate and alternative investments.
Tom Harris, based in Guernsey, has over 8 years’ experience providing assurance services in the Channel Islands, with a focus on fund audits across a range of asset classes, including infrastructure and alternatives. He joined EY after graduating from the University of Manchester and began his career on the firm’s summer internship programme.
Sacha Hamon will return to Guernsey to take up her new role as Partner, having started her career with EY in Guernsey before gaining further experience in London. She brings over 13 years’ experience across the Channel Islands and UK, including 7 years in EY’s London Banking and Capital Markets practice. She has led complex audits for global banking groups, working with teams across the UK, US and Asia.
