Parslows have advised Heirloom Watch on the launch of its new ecommerce business of sourcing, selling and dealing in luxury watches.
After many years of collecting, trading and nurturing his own network of international watch dealers, Michael Landor, the founder of Heirloom Watch, decided to turn his passion and knowledge for watches into a new business venture.
Parslows provided advice on setting up the new business and worked with Michael to develop a suite of documentation required for online trading.
David Hill (pictured above) who heads-up Parslows commercial law team said: “We are delighted to have acted for Heirloom Watch on its exciting new initiative. We offer a wide array of corporate and commercial legal services, and have a great deal of experience advising ecommerce businesses. Acting for a new client such as Heirloom Watch also demonstrates the diversity of our client base as we act for state owned enterprises and multinationals as well as individual entrepreneurs and start-ups.”
Michael Landor, founder of Heirloom Watch, said “It has been a pleasure working with Parslows on the setup of my business. David and the team have been great and the entire process, from onboarding to completion, was professional and highly efficient. They really took the time to listen to want I wanted and, in the end, provided me with the everything I needed to start an ecommerce site on the right footing. I would highly recommend Parslows to any other entrepreneurs looking for legal guidance and support”.
