A new legal and governance consultancy has been launched in Jersey by in-house counsel Rory Forrest.
FractionGC provides legal and governance services on a flexible basis, offering organisations access to a senior in-house legal professional without the need to hire full-time. The consultancy is aimed at businesses experiencing growth, change or complexity; such as entering new markets, restructuring or responding to regulatory developments.
Rory Forrest has worked in Jersey’s legal sector for over a decade, including the last nine years at law firm Mourant, where he most recently served as Chief Legal Officer.
Speaking about the launch, Rory explained to Channel Eye: “FractionGC gives businesses of all sizes the opportunity to access experienced general counsel support in a way that’s flexible, commercial and aligned to their specific needs. I will be helping organisations to stay ahead of legal risk and focus on long-term resilience.”
FractionGC works with clients in Jersey and further afield, acting as a strategic partner to boards, executives and in-house teams.
