Osiris Group has launched Osiris Management Guernsey and Osiris Trustees Guernsey following the grant of fiduciary licences by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
The licence represents a significant milestone in the Group’s international growth strategy, establishing Guernsey as its Channel Islands hub for fiduciary and private wealth services.
The launch extends the Group’s international fiduciary platform into the Channel Islands, complementing its presence in Mauritius, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
Osiris Management Guernsey and Osiris Trustees Guernsey will provide trustee services, trust administration, corporate administration, private client structuring, family office support, and directorship and governance services.
The Guernsey business will be led by an experienced board combining local fiduciary expertise with continuity from within the Osiris Group.
Dan Bisson has been appointed Executive Director. A Guernsey-resident fiduciary executive with more than 25 years’ experience, he has held senior roles with Nedbank International, RBC, Butterfield and Rothschild Trust.
Tim Walker joins as Executive Director from Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius), where he served as Head of Trust and Administration. He brings extensive knowledge of the Group’s operating model, governance framework and international client base, providing continuity as the Guernsey business is established.
Jonny Gamble has also been appointed Executive Director. A Guernsey-resident financial services professional with more than 30 years’ experience across the investment, fiduciary and private wealth sectors, he brings significant governance expertise and local market knowledge to the board.
George Titan, Chief Executive Officer of Osiris Group, joins the board as a Non-Executive Director, providing strategic oversight and guidance.
