Communications specialist Orchard has taken on three new recruits to support its recent growth and its restructure into digital, social and PR branches.
Nathanial Eker-Male, Orchard’s London-based account manager, has joined the team on a part-time basis. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Orchard’s PR branch thanks to his global experience in campaign management, journalism, marketing and brand planning earned from his time at Specsavers working with brands such as Balmain and will.i.am.
Account executive Sophie Gallienne has joined Orchard after achieving a first-class honours degree in Media Production at Bournemouth University. With experience working for clients such as Guernsey Arts, PositiveNegatives and creating digital work for Light Up Poole, she specialises in video production, marketing campaigns, podcasts and events.
Sophie also holds a sustainable production qualification from BAFTA which will significantly enhance Orchard’s sustainability efforts.
Orchard is also investing in the future, with Amber Mauger taking on a PR apprenticeship with the agency. A recent graduate of the Guernsey Sixth Form Centre, Amber will be working as a junior account executive focusing on social content creation while also studying for industry-recognised qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Brooke Kenyon, Managing Director – Client Services at Orchard said: “Expertise, creativity and integrity are our team’s hallmarks and our new recruits are hugely talented. We’re very excited to see the work they will deliver for our clients.”
“We’re also very happy to be investing in a new apprentice; developing new talent and providing pathways into PR are really important to us.”
Orchard’s new recruits join the agency during an exciting period following its shortlisting for three CIPR Pride awards: Low Budget Campaign, Regional Campaign and Outstanding PR Consultancy categories across the South of England and Channel Islands.
