Alexander Curry and Oliver Richardson have been promoted to partner, strengthening Ogier’s Corporate team in Jersey.
Alexander’s corporate practice focuses on equity capital markets, cross border M&A and private equity (PE) transactions. He acts for a number of the world’s leading PE houses and has particular experience in natural resources, real estate, healthcare and fintech sectors as well as providing Private Wealth and Family Office clients with structuring and investment advice.

Oliver (Olly) is a Legal 500 Rising Star and Lawyer of the Year finalist, whose legal career started at Ogier as a bursary student before he trained and practiced at Jones Day in London. Oliver advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions and corporates on a range of high value and complex Jersey and BVI corporate and finance transactions.
