Offshore Group has announced the appointment of two Client Directors and a Human Resources Manager.
Tom Barrasin joins as Client Director, bringing extensive commercial and financial leadership experience across the aviation, public and third sectors. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors, he brings a strong blend of strategic and operational expertise to the role.
Zoe Broome has been promoted to Client Director, reflecting her contribution since joining the business in 2020. With a background in accountancy and client services, she has developed a strong understanding of client needs and service delivery. Her progression underscores Offshore Group’s commitment to developing talent from within.
Laura Campbell joins as HR Manager, bringing experience across financial services and the yachting industry. In her new role, she will support the continued development of Offshore Group’s people strategy, supporting its people and working with a portfolio of local and international payroll clients as the organisation expands.
