Offshore Commercial is celebrating the expansion of its business with new team members and promotions.
Magda Baczynska, Laura Tardivel, and Viviane Kamworth have joined into key roles, while Matt Budd, Zoe Broome, and Katie Bowker have been promoted to enhance client services and operations.
- Magda Baczynska (shown in the main image, to the left) joins as a Manager, working remotely from Portugal. She is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring report accuracy and supporting the team. A Chartered Management Accountant since 2019, Magda began her finance career in Guernsey’s hospitality industry in 2010 before moving into accountancy.
- Laura Tardivel joins as an Accountant/Bookkeeper, where she will oversee bookkeeping, payments, VAT returns and management accounts. An ICAEW Chartered Accountant , she has experience in audit, small business accountancy and the trust and fund sector.
- Viviane Kamworth (shown in the main image, to the right) joins Offshore Commercial as a Manager. An ACCA-qualified accountant with 7.5 years of experience, including at a Big Four firm. She will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial clients whilst assisting with embracing technology in the business.
In addition to new joiners, Offshore Commercial is also pleased to announce the following recent promotions:
- Matt Budd has been promoted to Senior Manager, where he will take on a more strategic role with his clients, strengthening Offshore’s client services.
- Zoe Broome steps into the role of Senior Operations Manager, balancing client-facing responsibilities with internal operations to ensure the firm continues to run efficiently.
- Katie Bowker has been appointed Office Manager, overseeing office administration and support while managing the company’s internal account.
