Ocorian has appointed Natasha Hernandez as Head of Private Client in Cayman and the British Virgin Islands.

In her role, Natasha (pictured) will lead Ocorian’s Private Client business across Cayman and BVI, with a focus on enhancing client service delivery and  supporting the continued growth of the firm’s private wealth offering in the region.

Natasha is an accomplished executive and qualified attorney with over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has held senior leadership roles across trust companies and private banking in Bermuda and Cayman, including Managing Director positions.

Her expertise spans banking, trust, investment funds, corporate administration and regulatory compliance. Most recently, she had oversight responsibility for fund administration, fiduciary and investment management businesses across Cayman and the Bahamas.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Legal Education Certificate and a Master of Laws. She is a member of STEP and is admitted to the Bar in Jamaica, Barbados and the Cayman Islands (non-practising).

Annerien Hurter, Global Head of Private Client and Corporate Services, commented: “Clients are increasingly looking for joined-up, cross-border private wealth solutions, and Cayman and BVI remain central to that. Natasha brings the experience and leadership to navigate that complexity, with a track record across fiduciary, banking and investment management that will strengthen how we support our global client base.”

Natasha added: “The Cayman Islands and the BVI are leading jurisdictions for private wealth and cross border structuring. Natasha brings an exceptional breadth of experience and deep technical expertise across the private wealth landscape, together with a strong understanding of the region. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome her to Ocorian and are confident she will play a key role in the continued growth and evolution of our Private Client offering across both the Cayman Islands and BVI.”
