Oakbridge has announced the launch of its new UK office.
The expansion allows Oakbridge to directly service UK-based funds, SPVs and corporate entities, complementing its Jersey operations.
“We’re expanding our footprint, not our identity,” said Jamie Crawford, CEO of Oakbridge Group. “This is not a new venture – it’s an extension of our core capabilities. Our clients operate across borders, and this move allows us to meet them where they are.”
The UK office will be led by Anthony Lee (pictured), who has been appointed as Head of Oakbridge UK. Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in fund and corporate administration, having previously held senior roles at several large third-party service providers.
“The UK is a natural next step for Oakbridge,” said Anthony Lee. “Many of our existing clients have UK-based structures and entities, and our new office enables us to service them directly, while maintaining the Oakbridge standards they know and trust.”
