Oakbridge Group has announced a significant leadership restructure designed to align its Corporate and Fund Services businesses under a single management structure.
Chris Bowden has been appointed Managing Director, taking operational responsibility for Oakbridge’s day-to-day business across both divisions. He brings with him over 25 years’ experience in corporate structuring and governance, and joined the Corporate Services team at Oakbridge in late 2023.
Jamie Crawford moves into the role of Chief Executive Officer, where he will lead on strategy, growth and market positioning while continuing to represent Oakbridge at a group level.
This restructure reflects the firm’s broader shift from two legacy business units into a single, integrated platform. It follows a year of close collaboration between teams and shared functions, and sets the foundation for sustainable long-term growth.
“Bringing our leadership structure in line with the way we already serve clients is the logical next step,” said Jamie Crawford, CEO. “We believe this will make us stronger internally and more effective externally. Our clients will benefit from faster decision-making, greater consistency, and a clear commitment to service quality.”
