Tracy Lewis and James Christie have been promoted to the board at Oak Fund Services.
Oak Fund Services (OFS), formerly International Administration Group (Guernsey) Limited (IAG), was acquired by the Oak Group in May 2019 and has offices in Guernsey and Luxembourg.
Tracy (shown in main picture) joined Oak in 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in offshore fund administration, including spells at Northern Trust and Carey Group. Tracy will be taking on the role as OFS’s Head of Operations.
James, who also has over 20 years’ experience in fund administration, joined Oak in early 2020 having previously worked at Heritage and Estera. James is responsible for managing a number of client relationships for a portfolio of private equity and venture capital managers.
