Global financial services company Praxis has demonstrated its commitment to its next generation of people in its annual promotions round.
Half of the Group’s promotions recognise employees up to senior administrator level and a further 16 promotions have been made in the assistant manager to manager level roles. Ten promotions have been made at leadership level, with two appointments to director, four to associate director and four to senior manager.
In Jersey, Sarah Denoual (pictured) has been promoted to Client Services Director, and, in Geneva, Gary Bratcov has been promoted to a Director in the Compliance function.
Sarah joined Praxis in 2013 and oversees a private wealth team working with HNWIs globally to provide a family office-style service. She is a Chartered Governance Institute member, holds the ICSA Diploma and attained the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 – Leadership and Management Programme.
Gary joined Praxis’ Swiss office five years ago and has more than 15 years’ experience in trusts, governance and compliance, having held roles in trust and banking in Geneva. A trained lawyer, Gary holds a Bachelor of Law & Business Management Degree and an International Diploma in Compliance.
In Guernsey, the following individuals have been promoted to Associate Director level: Victoria Harvey, client accounting; Francesca Moullin, new business; and George Pirouet, who heads up a large family office relationship.
Charles Rix in the Group’s UAE Funds and Corporate Services team has also been promoted to Associate Director.
Most of the promotions are in the private wealth, corporate and pensions teams, however nine are across the Group’s compliance, people and operations functions as the Group continues to invest in a robust framework to support its growth ambitions.
