Private Wealth, Corporate and Yacht Services provider Fiduchi has announced three new appointments.
Paul Coundley has been promoted to Fiduchi’s Board as Director of Operations. Having joined Fiduchi in July 2017 as Head of Operations & Risk, Paul has been responsible for the oversight of Fiduchi’s support functions including Compliance, I.T. and Client Accounts teams.
Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and attained his STEP qualification in 2002. He has built a strong background in operations, finance, risk, compliance and client service delivery within the fiduciary industry, and has also worked for the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the supervision of trust company businesses.
Philip Robinson has been promoted to the position of Associate Director within the Private Wealth team and heads up Fiduchi’s family office. Philip joined Fiduchi in 2011 to support the establishment of their family office service. His particular area of focus is on dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional fiduciary structures for HNWIs and UHNWIs. These include arrangements for luxury family assets, as well as more traditional asset classes.
As part of Fiduchi’s growth strategy, it has appointed Sean Le Scelleur as an Associate Director. Sean’s primary focus will be business development, but he will also work closely with the client service teams, supporting the onboarding and on-going delivery of fiduciary services to existing and prospective clients and intermediaries. Sean’s role will see him working across all sectors of Fiduchi, Private Client, Corporate and Yachting Services.
Sean will also work closely with Fiduchi’s Middle East Director Christopher Dungan in the Dubai office to maximise professional intermediary contacts, both in Dubai and London where the business is looking to establish its next office in 2019. Sean will be drawing on his extensive experience to reinforce Fiduchi’s market position as a key provider for all private client structures.
Commenting on the recent promotions, Managing Director David Hopkins said:
“As in other businesses, Fiduchi provides clear career progression path for all our employees at all levels within our organisation. Both Paul and Philip have demonstrated their continued commitment and professionalism in their roles, and their promotions are well deserved. Paul’s appointment to the Fiduchi Board was also a logical move given Paul’s experience and how much he has achieved since joining Fiduchi. Paul has shown himself to be instrumental in delivering a range of transformational change projects and implementing new policies and procedures since he joined Fiduchi.”
“Philip has worked tirelessly to develop a multi-jurisdictional Family Office proposition within the Fiduchi Private Wealth team. His bespoke client service, technical excellence and delivery of the Fiduchi brand values to clients, has earned him respect and admiration from his peers.”
“Before Sean came on board, we spoke at length about his wealth of experience and his desire to achieve even greater success. When I explained how we work, and how we have instilled a culture of striving for excellence, Sean quickly realised that our environment would allow him the best opportunity to deliver for his clients, for Fiduchi and for personal growth. It’s great to have him as part of this growing team.”
