Livingroom Estate Agents has appointed its Open Market manager, Jason Hyland, as Open Market director.
The Open Market is a key area of growth for Livingroom and Mr Hyland has been with the estate agency since 2010.
His new role will see him assume greater responsibility for the growth of the business as a whole while maintaining his focus on the Open Market and helping both existing residents and those new to the island to find their next home.
