Hand Picked Hotels have installed a brand new software system designed specifically for the hospitality industry.

Procure Wizard is the UK’s leading all-in-one hospitality management solution that uses purchase-to-pay technology and aims to improve efficiency, increase profitability and significantly streamline processes.

Hand Picked Hotels are the first hotel group in the Channel Islands to invest in the software, which has been rolled out at the AA Five Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and the AA Four Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa.

The system enables the hotel’s management team to keep stock of food and beverage orders, helps the housekeeping department monitor linen stocks and streamlines both accounting and HR systems.

Commenting on the new software, Simon Miller, General Manager of Hand Picked Hotels Jersey said: “This is a fantastic piece of software that will really help to streamline all of our operations, simplifying our purchasing, ordering and accounting practises while cutting down a lot of the paperwork and giving us full transaction transparency.

“Dozens of hotel groups are now using Procure Wizard and we’re delighted to be the first hotel group in the island to invest in it. We’re looking forward to seeing our business grow more efficiently.”
