Personnel Appointments is now Blink Recruitment, as Guernsey’s longest established recruitment agency rebrands.
The makeover includes a new website, with jobs in finance, business and the professions across Guernsey, and beyond. But Blink’s commitment to a tailored, personal approach to recruitment remains.
Manager Martyn Gordon says people are at the heart of what Blink does: “Everyone who uses Blink will find that we take the time to get to know them as a person, as well as assessing their qualifications and career path. We then use those insights to match them to vacancies that play to their strengths, and where we feel they will be a great fit.

In addition to recruitment, Blink offers a range of associated corporate services. It has expertise in sourcing NEDs (Non-Executive Directors) for a range of companies. It has also assisted, several times, in helping companies relocating to Guernsey to recruit specialist staff.
