New learning and development venture launches in Jersey
Share on LinkedInTwitterFacebookEmail

A new company, Grow.je, has been established in Jersey to provide training, coaching, and organisational development support for local businesses.

Grow was founded by Learning and Development (L&D) professional Ashley Cotrel (pictured).

“I started Grow because I saw too many businesses struggling to balance growth with people development,” said Ashley. “In a tight labour market like Jersey’s, businesses can’t afford to neglect their people. Grow exists to make high-quality learning simple, strategic, and accessible, even for companies without big HR teams or budgets.”

“At the heart of Grow’s approach is a commitment to meaningful progress over tick-box training,” Ashley added. “Whether helping a start-up onboard new joiners or supporting larger firms with coaching and leadership development, the focus is on enabling long-term capability, not just short-term compliance.”

“Your people are your biggest asset! When they’re skilled, confident and motivated, your business thrives,” Ashley added. “Grow will strengthen your organisation from the inside out.”
